Southern Cross works within the Guidelines set by State and Federal Government funding programs including being an Approved Provider for icare NSW, LSA SA, TAC VIC, NIISQ QLD and NDIS, to provide individually tailored disability services in your own home and local community to eligible people of all ages including infants and children.
Southern Cross organises a variety of Disability Support Services that help you to remain living at home including personal activities, high intensity personal activities, daily tasks, assistance in shared living arrangements, household tasks and social and community participation activities. We will help you to achieve your goals, so that you can remain independent in the comfort and security of your own home

The Community Support Co-ordinators and the Support Workers are locally based people who live and work in the communities where your services are provided.
The NDIS is a way of providing disability support to help people with disabilities live the way you want, achieve your goals and participate in the community by supporting your choice and control over the services you use.
Southern Cross is an Approved NDIS Provider that is qualified to arrange the delivery of disability services in your own home. If you are a person with disability and you meet the access requirements you can become a Participant in the NDIS.
State and Federal Governments fund many different types of disability support services that enable people to continue living in their own home and maintain their independence.
