Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP):

No Co-Payment

  • Southern Cross does not charge any out of pocket co-payment for CHSP services, there are no service costs which will result in significant savings to you for the lifetime of your services

Home Care Packages (HCP) /Support At Home Program (SAH):

  • We understand from time to time your plans change and you will need to cancel your visits, as such Southern Cross does not charge any cancellation fees
