Southern Cross has been supporting people in their communities throughout NSW, QLD, SA, VIC and ACT since 1984. We arrange the provision of an extensive range of disability services for all ages (including infants and children) and aged support services.

Southern Cross as a Government Approved Provider is able to organise individually tailored services for people who are aged and those living with a disability, injury or illness.

These services will assist you to live comfortably in your own home and community to achieve your goals and improve the quality of your life.

You are involved in all decision making and direction of your services including in particular the selection of Support Workers to meet your individual needs.

Aged Support Services

Southern Cross work within the guidelines set (delivering high quality and individually tailored aged services to eligible people) by a variety of Government funded support programs.

Southern Cross organises Aged Support Services (such as vacuuming, cleaning, showering, dressing and transport) and can also organise other services that may surprise you such as helping you plant and maintain your garden, taking you out to get your hair and nails done, going to bingo, helping you shop for gifts for loved ones and visiting friends and family.

  • Services range from domestic support through to highly skilled services (such as wound dressings, nursing services and medication administration)
  • All cultures, beliefs and preferences supported
  • Our locally based Registered Nurse Coordinators provide advice and assistance
  • Services are available up to 24 hours/7 days per week
  • No co-payment
  • No exit fee

Aged Support Services

Southern Cross work within the guidelines set (delivering high quality and individually tailored aged services to eligible people) by a variety of Government funded support programs.
